The document presents Largo Corporation enterprise that incorporates products and services in health, finance, retail and government sectors among other business units. Largo Corporation enterprise recognizes the following units in their operation.

The objective of Largo Corporation enterprise architectural plan is to provide improved business operation through automating business transactions. The aim of Largo Corporation enterprise architecture plan is to integrate business operations and information technology systems to enhance better production within the organization (Alvaro, 2004). The vision of the organization is to guide business operations towards achieving its short term and long term goals.

Information Architecture

A centralized communication center shall control model of data and information within Largo Corporation enterprise. The organization shall have a centralized center of communication that shall link all organization departments. Dissemination of information shall originate from Central Information Management System (IMS) that shall serve all organization divisions. Organization Management Information System (MIS) shall be installed in IMS to control and manage data entered into the organization (Lindström, et al., 2006). All data entry terminal shall be connected to central IMS to reduce redundancy and duplication of data and information. The organization shall have a centralized single customer point of service with all customer service utilities such as automated point of sales, automated financial transfer, maya 3d modeling jobs wireless money exchange and a common system of customer registration.

Application Architecture

Largo Corporation enterprise shall have a dedicated system that shall guarantee that organization operations run smoothly. The system utilized in the organization shall include online systems and stand-alone systems. Users of systems shall have the capability of accessing web application via World Wide Web and internet. The platforms shall have Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Inventory Control Systems (ICS), Sales and Marketing Portals (Lindström, et al., 2006). The web-based platforms shall support to intranet and extranet services.

Business System Architecture

Largo Corporation enterprise shall set short term and long term strategic plans integrated within information technology. Main architectural design implemented includes effective and efficient allocation of resources using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Business objectives, missions, visions and aims shall be embedded within Information technology to enhance easier monitoring, measuring and determination of business and employees progress. Specific goals target shall include increasing customer to business (C2B) transactions, business to business (B2B) cooperation and standardizing products and services (Lindström, et al., 2006). Strategies applied are to ensure high quality and acceptable products and services are delivered through Total Quality Management (TQM) and Quality Assurance (QA).

Enterprise Wide Technical Architecture

Largo Corporation enterprise shall have distributed systems with all entire systems supplied along different sections in the world. Organization has different terminals of operation located in different areas. Organization shall establish different business centers to mitigate chances of encountering a disaster. Different branches shall be established to reach many customers even at remote locations. All branches shall be served by a well networked with strong systems of communication to facilitate the effective and efficient running of business operations (Lindström, et al., 2006). Largo Corporation enterprise branches shall have a common team that evaluates and validates contingency plan, disaster recovery, business continuity, and backup plans. The effectiveness and efficiency of established network shall facilitate high and dedicated business competitive advantage.

Architectural Principles to Largo Corporation

Some of the high level principles that should guide Largo Corporation enterprise include

Business Principles

1. Largo Corporation enterprise is a business oriented corporation whose major goal is to maximize profit. Resources within the business entity as well as and activity must be profit yielding business enterprise (Scott, 2012).

2. Largo Corporation enterprise shall control the dissemination of data and information through the central information management system. The information shall be provided to key stakeholders and customers through organization channels upon approval from Chief Information Officer (Scott, 2012).

3. Largo Corporation enterprise shall be guided by business continuity plan to provide effective and efficient incidence responses, data backup and recovery. Employees shall be covered, organization assets, infrastructures, and finances. Included threats shall, include both natural and artificial disasters (Scott, 2012).

Information Technology Principles

1. IT policies, all employees must strictly follow standards and specifications. The organization shall be required to comply with international standards specified by NIST and ISO. IT ethical issues and code of ethics must be enforced for quality and responsible operations (Scott, 2012).

2. All systems users must have a specific account, user account, and credentials. They must be responsible, accountable, to any operation. Security measures must be applied measures that mitigate hacking, intrusion, and phisi0ng must be employed. Data and information confidentiality, integrity, and Availability must be guaranteed (Scott, 2012).

The process of migration shall involve eight steps. Initial step shall involve conducting a preliminary study to determine business needs and requirements. Pioneer step shall consider qualities of system desired by Largo Corporation enterprise according to features and requirements specified by organization principles. When all requirements shall conform to organization requirements, project team shall analyze architecture vision, mission, and goals (Paula, et al., 2011). All levels of major m business support operations shall be considered to integrate business architecture to information technology architecture. Transformation process shall involve the introduction of new technological systems to support business changes within the organization (Paula, et al., 2011). Proposed dynamic technologies shall be implemented to support business activities. The process shall incorporate various business opportunities that can be introduced within the organization to ensure that total business benefits.

Final steps shall include implementing migration process through ensuring that organization has confirmed to all legal and ethical requirements that are desired by authorities. The session shall consider all industrial requirements, standards and policies that guarantee the smooth running of the organization. Security parameters shall be put in place as well as quality principles to facilitate complete acceptance of changes. The session shall involve installation of proposed change in the organization. Preparation for new systems such data .and information backing up, user training and transfer to new systems shall be implanted (Paula, et al., 2011). IT personnel and system analysts shall be allocated tasks involving maintenance and improvements. The proposed system is intended to appear as shown in the diagram below.

The new system is characterized by business departments and operations integrated with modern information systems to facilitate centralized information systems within an organization. The system implements dedicated databases to store organization input data and information. The proposed architecture has various application programs to facilitate the proper running of business functions. Various technologies shall be incorporated within m new architecture to support divergent users, within large scopes (Paula, et al., 2011). The scope of new infrastructure includes all users� devices such as mobile devices automated vehicles as and other systems. Largo Corporation enterprise business applications are embedded in cloud computing services to ensure that all users can easily access business operations while at any location and anytime.
