How sworkit on shark tank (www.cognitoforms.com) has FINALLY obtained me up and moving!
So, I’ve been a member of seven different gyms over the years, since getting out of college. An unprecedented prevalence… Proper?!

However last spring, a guy named John Lee Dumas, creator of the hit podcast, Entrepreneur on Fire, started talking in regards to the 7-Minute Workout. He did a Youtube video of him doing it, and bragged out about how it has worked so well keeping him working out each day, and consistently for the first time in his life, post Army. I used to be interested enough to check it out and give it a try. So, I started doing this workout day by day for a few week and a half.

GOOD NEWS? I had worked out on daily basis for nearly two weeks.

BAD NEWS? I used to be doing the exact same thing every single day for almost weeks.

I used to be getting bored already. So I began to work out less often! Then less. then less…

Then I was sitting round, watching Shark Tank reruns, and noticed a startup called SWORKIT, a workout app that creates randomly created workouts starting from 5 minutes all the way as much as nevertheless lengthy you need it. Needless to say, I think it’s working! The range of workouts available is incredible for somebody like me that gets bored very easily. Oh by the way, the 7-Minute Workout routine that bought my mind headed in this direction is available within the app! So no loss there by switching to SWORKIT.

Now, SWORKIT is a software like some other tool. It just occurs to work for me. If anybody reading this downloaded it the day they noticed it Shark Tank, and haven’t opened it since… one may declare a different degree of effectiveness.

You’ve obtained to use the tools at your disposal and, WAY WAY WAY more importantly is to search out tools you need to use within the first place. I’ve found mine! After 17 years of looking!
